1.0.0: New Customer Portal

We are modernizing the App Catalog Customer Portal and will be built completely from the ground up in an effort to adopt modern frameworks and a new design. This will give us the ability to build new features in the Customer Portal.

The first step will be to launch the new portal with feature parity and then move on with some new items currently on the internal roadmap.
