• iPhone and iPad apps are recognized in the inventory: On Apple silicon Macs, apps installed from the App Store that were built for iPhone or iPad are signed differently from Mac apps, so the inventory reported their source as Unknown and they were registered as unknown apps. They are now reported as Mac App Store, like any other App Store app. Any source App Catalog still doesn't recognize is logged with its signing certificate, so it can be identified without extra diagnostics.
